Coming2Israel.com - The Israel National Trail - Shvil Yisrael

  The Israel National Trail is a maintained, hiking trail system that, basically, runs from the north of the Israel all through the country and down to Eilat. Yes, the trail runs around 1000 Km (580 miles), and pretty much gets you through all of the ecological regions of Israel. National Geographic has listed the trail as one of the world’s Top 20 “Epic Hikes”.  Our trail joins the list with fabulous trails as those from some of the worlds best destination countries, such as the trails in: The United States, Australia, Italy, Mexico, France, Nepal, Iceland, Tibet, South Africa, Peru, Bhutan, Spain, Scotland and Japan. We, at least those of us at Coming2Israel.com, are overjoyed and honored to be included in such a World-Class list of places to visit, and to be included in this list by such a prestigious, well-respected and world-famous organization as National Geographic Magazine.  And I am sure that we speak for many more Israeli’s and other citizens of the world.
