Truth be told, business culture and business customs in Israel, tends to be the same as you might be used to when spending time with close friends.  That is to say, that once your have been formally introduced to your Israeli counterpart, it won’t be long, or take anytime at all for him or her to be calling you by first name and inviting you for a meal at there house.  We’ve said it before, Israelis love to host and love to make connections with people from abroad.  Don’t be alarmed with the seemingly lack of formality in business meetings with Israelis.  Enjoy the good-natured interaction and informal attitude.  But, of course, always remember, that it is still business that is the purpose of your meeting.  For more information on Israeli Business Culture and Customs, you should read the information from these two links:
